Mehaul Pulls Papers 12/19/11

At 2:30PM today, Mayor O’Leary pulled nomination paperwork at City Hall, officially declaring his candidacy for re-election in the April 10, 2012 Culver City Municipal Election. Mehaul was accompanied to the City Clerk’s office by Former Culver City Mayor Richard Marcus, Culver City Civil Service Commissioner Richard Ochoa, and Former Culver City Parks and Recreation Commissioner Charles Dean.

“I’m so honored to have served Culver City on the City Council these last four years. I hope I have earned the trust of our residents, businesses, police officers, firefighters, and city employees. I look forward to the opportunity to serve again and continue moving Culver City forward in a positive direction,” said O’Leary of his campaign.

Micheal (Mehaul) O’Leary was first elected to the Culver City City Council in 2008. He and his wife own a business in Culver City, Joxer Daly’s Irish Pub on Washington Blvd., and are active in the Culver City Homeowners Association and St. Augustine’s Parish.
